Jim Christensen, inSOURCE managing partner, has been serving clients in the financial services field since 1982. Two years later, he earned his securities license. For 14 years he worked in the Nebraska agency of Ameritas, until opening inSOURCE in 1996.
Since that time, inSOURCE has grown into an organization offering it’s clients life-changing products and most importantly, the trusted advice necessary to secure financial well-being. Today, clients recognize inSOURCE in five complementary fields: inSOURCE Inc., inSOURCE Benefits Group, inSOURCE Financial Advisors, inSOURCE Real Estate and inSOURCE Rx.
A lifetime Omaha resident, Jim is passionate about taking care of his clients and doing what is best for them. He also enjoys the great outdoors with his family, whether it be snowmobiling in the Northwoods of Wisconsin or boating on Lake of the Ozarks.
Experience: Robin has over 34 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Before joining inSOURCE Inc she was Second Vice President, Risk Management for Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. During her tenure at Ameritas, Robin served in various roles including distribution, corporate communications, corporate facilities and risk management. Among her accomplishments were serving on a merger integration team, managing a $17 million out-of-state facilities project, managing a data breach, and coordinating the company’s COVID-19 pandemic business continuity response.
About: Robin is originally from Syracuse, Nebraska. She and her husband Todd have one son, Brandon and live outside of Lincoln. Robin is an avid reader and sports fan. She is a Leadership Lincoln Fellows 37 graduate and is a member of the Adaptive Business Continuity Advisory Group.

Experience: Jim joined inSOURCE in 2019. With a background in finance and accounting, his professional experience includes positions as CFO and Controller for the companies he has served. He also spent 18 years as the President of the Lincoln Stars hockey team. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (inactive status), Jim enjoys working with clients in evaluating their individual/business insurance needs and offering cost-effective solutions tailored to their unique situations.
About: Jim is married with three children and two grandchildren and enjoys sports and outdoor activities. He is involved with the Teammates Mentoring Program and is an active member of the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.

Experience: Randy began his career in the insurance and financial services industry in 1993. He currently holds licenses for Life, Health, and Annuities, as well as Series 6, 63, and 65. In 1998, he obtained his Life Underwriter Training Counsel Fellow (LUTCF) designation. He has earned several awards, and qualified for membership in the Million Dollar Round Table for many years.
About: Randy enjoys giving back to his community of Yutan, NE, serving on several municipal and school board committees, as well as on the council of St. John’s church. Randy and his wife, Dixie, have 3 married children and 11 grandchildren that bring them much joy.

Experience: Native Lincolnite Sarah Pappas is a true believer in kindness and making a difference. After a successful 27-year career as a corporate meeting planner, she felt called to serve others. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the elderly particularly hard, she embarked on a journey to help seniors live out their best lives at home.
With gratitude, Sarah’s life experience has prepared her to expertly care for seniors and families in Lancaster and Saunders counties while providing caregivers with an opportunity for a fulfilling career.

Experience: Nigel has worked in media, marketing, public relations in a career that has spanned four countries and 25 years. He started his career as a journalist in Ireland, moving to the Melbourne Herald Group in Australia, then Mirror Group in London before returning to Ireland as editor in chief of the Evening Echo. From there he moved into communications and marketing, setting up his own agency with the Publicis Group in Ireland.
He moved to the US in 2015 to launch Think Whole Person Healthcare in Omaha, NE. He was named the ACE National Healthcare Communications Consultant of the Year in 2019 and joined the inSOURCE Group as EVP of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives in 2020. He became President of inSOURCE Marketing Services in November 2022 and leads all marketing initiatives for the inSOURCE Group of companies. He is a graduate of the TCH College of Journalism and holds an International Marketing Diploma from the Cranfield International School of Business in the UK.
About: Nigel is originally from Cork, Ireland and is a keen rugby fan of his native Munster, and a USTA league tennis player here in Omaha. In his spare time, he travels to see his four children now working all over the world in Melbourne, Jerusalem, London and Cork.
